He leverages his experience to assemble and manage the best project teams, guiding the Owner every step of the way. An engineer at heart, Alex leans on analytics and data to ensure the most value is captured and retained as each home comes to life.


Britta Ritter-ARmour

Master of Architecture | Columbia University

Since earning her Master of Architecture from Columbia University, Britta has worked at the intersection of design and technology. Leaning on this experience, Britta is adept at using the right tools to develop, communicate, and execute on vision. With a unique background in math, architecture, and software development, Britta excels at creative problem solving, while always striking the balance between functionality and aesthetics.


Will Daigle

Associate

Philosophy | McGill University

Will cut his teeth in construction as a field laborer, working his way up to assistant superintendent, always maintaining great care for constructibility, quality control, and subcontractor relationships. His last project was the Olson Kundig-designed One&Only Resort in Big Sky, MT, where Will was focused on the Branded Residences, ensuring that attention to detail was never lost. This experience combined with his lifelong passion for the built environment makes him an asset to any project.


William FlanagaN

Associate

Master of Architecture | University of Washington

William started his career working across architecture, construction, and development, gaining an understanding of how each contributes to well-rounded, successful projects. He brings together a financial and analytical mindset, focused on feasibility, budgeting, and planning, with a creative, detail-oriented approach to design and problem-solving. This approach results in projects that are as visually engaging as they are practical to construct.


ABIGAIL UBBELOHDE

LEAD

Civil Engineering | Lehigh University

Abigail is a highly motivated and results-driven leader with experience in project management and structural engineering. In addition to her years spent managing structural engineering teams and processes, she’s spent close to a decade in the US Army Reserve, most recently as a Company Commander at Fort Douglas, UT. This unique experience makes Abigail an accomplished communicator who thrives in a team environment and gives her an especially strong commitment to successful planning and operations.
